3 oz. of grilled chicken breast strips, grilled bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, celery stick, 2 TBSP salsa, 98% fat free flour tortilla, 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese. Wrap your chicken, pepper, mushrooms, onion, celery, and salsa into the flour tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and pop in the microwave to melt the cheese.
