Healthy Breakfast

We are told that the most important meal of the day is breakfast because a good breakfast sets you up for the day. It revives the body from the nights lack of food, fasting, hence the name 'breakfast'. But what do you consider to be a good breakfast? At the moment I am having a glass of fruit juice with a bowl of muesli with semi-skimmed milk as part of a diet plan as I need to lose some weight. Do you think that this is an adequate breakfast? Should I be eating more? or less?

i think that milk & cereal be adequate already but make sure you would grab a light snack if you go on late lunch. or add with some fresh fruits or a glass of fruit juice. always take healthy lunch & dinner then avoid late night snacks to lose your weight.

Thank you for your advice, I always make sure I have lunch, even if it is a little late sometimes but the late night snacks are difficult to resist.

i think fruit only is good enough. Fruit combined with milk actually isn't a good combination. That's what i read from unlimited power book by anthony robbins

The fruit and milk dilemma is one I've nott heard of, and I can't think why. Thanks for your time.

As long as you work out in the morning there is nothing like gorging down a sumptous breakfast.. be it bacon and eggs or whatever... but gotta work out first... makes a lot of difference to the day..

Like the idea of the bacon and eggs, not so sure about the working out though hehehe. Seriously, have started to take more exercise to lose some weight and get fit so the good diet has to go along with that. Thanks for your reply
