Especially the way that he is tying them all in with the Dark Tower series but the man has got a dark underbelly to his writing. Like there are some twisted and scary things down inside his phyche. There must be for him to write the things that he does. Ihave just finished song so sussanah for the fourth time. Good Book! I also recommend the talisman and every other book he has ever written. If you don't know about the dark tower series read it it is good!

I loved the long road, basically its about a 100 kids that go on this walk from a certain destination to another and when they reach that destination they get something (sorry I can't remember). For the kids who were on that walk must have been horrific and traumatic seeing other kid's head's being blown off. It was one of the many books that I can read over from time to time and still enjoy it.

Ah, the Dark Tower series. I started that series when I still lived at home with my folks. Got through the first two, then he didn't write any more for a long time and I got sidetracked. Been behind on my reading for years. I do however recommend Gerald's Game for those who can handle it. I was kind of disappointed with Rose Madder, but it was interesting. The Eyes of the Dragon is probably my favorite, tho I highly recommend the unabriged version of The Stand...friggin GREAT book!
