How many of you saw this and what do you guys think. I don't know if we will see any of his goodlife products here in Canada or not. He does make many good points and hey if Oprah who claims to be a food addict can do it then I'm thinking anybody can. I think his advice of starting out with baby steps will work better. Just slowly start cutting things out of your diet and slowly increase your movement. This is the only problem I have with any of these diets. When I get up in the morning I don't feel like eating. I am not hungry at all. Now I have my coffee but generally don't have anything till at least noon. Now when I do try to follow their plans and I have cereal or something for breakfast then I get hungrier sooner. Do you know what I mean??? I just feel I'm better off if I don't eat in the morning otherwise by lunchtime I'm grazing the kitchen for food. What do you all think?

I am the exact same way. I don't need to eat when I first get up in the morning. I have my two cups of tea and then a bowl of cereal around noon. Once I start eating, then I'm hungry and looking for food all day. The evenings are the worst. I don't know how anyone can stop eating after 7:30pm. The evening is the worst time for me to be hungry and snacking. I guess I'll just have to find smaller, healthier snacks. Interesting to see they endorsed Slim Fast. I used that back when I had my first kid. It worked for me but I broke out in zits. I may try it again. The more sleep you get, the less you eat and the faster you lose weight. Unfortunately, you and I both have sleep problems. Over Christmas I slept in every day and lost weight. I will have to be more diligent with my eating, especially since hubby is now trying to lose weight.
