Steinbeck fans?

Is there any John Steinbeck fans out there? What's your favourite book authored by him and why? I've read almost all his novels, and my all time favourite is The Winter of Our Discontent.

While I LOVE to read... I haven't ever been a huge Steinbeck fan and I think that stems from being forced to read it when I was in school. I definitely will find some of his works to pull out when I have free time as I've done with many other "classic" authors. I would have never remotely been able to enjoy some of the great works I've re-read now as well as I have if I were forced to read them now. I think making the choice to read is a huge factor.

I love Steinbeck. My favorite has to be The Grapes Of Wrath. I also love East of Eden and Cannery Row. He never wrote a bad book.

Hallo fellow Namibian I read "East of Eden" and was very impressed. Kept my mind going for weeks afterwards.

I am also a big fan of Steinbeck. I have read most of his books. I think my favourite has to be Travel with Charley. It is the only non-fiction book he ever wrote, I think.
