Should Sachin have been made the vice-captain ??????????

Sachin succeded over lakshaman and sehwaag in just 2 months. Cant the board trust even a single person for even two months??? why do they keep on changing the captains and vice-captains??? I think its ridiculous not to trust the players you are gonna shoulder your hopes for world cup. What do u say??

no way that he should have been made the vice captain..he himself told many a time befere that he doessn't like my captincy kind of posts and want to concentrate in this game

yeah this is a pretty good option...he is very experienced..he has played the most number of ODI matches..si he is vastly experienced so india can use his experience by making him as the vice captain of india

I think the cricket board has done the right thing by appointing Sachin as vice captain as the board didn't have any options. Since Sehwag was totally out of form and his place in team was not certain so he was releived of vice captaincy. As for removing laxman from vice captaincy, he was only made VC for only test match and as he doesnot figurwe in one day team. the choice to appoint Sachin was a good one.
Moreover Sachin has vast experience and exceptional talent that will help india in key moments in key matches. And moreover Sachin is willing to take eladrship role so i hope it works for good for indian cricket.

well i guess its a wise decision. sachin is in the twilight of his career and the vice captaincy role will make him more determined to succeed in the worldcup. sachin is always a match winner and he is been very successful in the worldcups. one cant forget the 1996 and 2003 world cups. he was the highest scorer. may be the team management is planning to throw him the dice for the last time before the world cup. though sachin is not succesfful as a captain. but the role of vice captaincy adds a new dimension to his cricketing career and that may help the nation in the long run. i cant find a single player who is as efficeint as Sachin. so hats off to the decission.
