Are you suffering from "Back pain"?

I have scoliosis. When I was younger, my back hurt alot because of this. Now I am older and heavier. I have lower back pain, I need to loose weight.

no till now never see a sign of that type of problem

Yes, I do suffer from back pain but this could be because of our mattress. Just last saturday we ordered a new mattress "Orthopaedic" it adapts to the contours of your body and relieves pressure from body pressure points, im really looking forward to this to see if it makes any difference to how am i feeling.

well not now, but sometimes, coz i spend 10-12 hrs a day on my pc, we should have a break for about 10-15 minutes every 1-1.5 hrs and should not sit in one posture for hrs and hrs
