Do you believe in Aliens?

I was just wodering what everyones take is on this subject, it's probably one of the most controversial topics ever.
I personally believe that there has to be some other intelligent life forms out there. If the Universe is as they say infinite ten there has to be something out there, it's too hard to believe that in all that space there is only one planet just far enough from a star to provide the ideal conditions for life to flouish.
as for whether Aliens have visited our planet then I think thats another matter entirely.
So what are yor views? do aliens exist?

I believe they do exist. However, they may not be technologicaly advanced to be able to space travel, so there's a chance we've never been visited by them.

well i think that there might be aliens out there but nly primitive alien life forms maybe i dont believe in super intelligent beings like the ones shown in the movies

I think that would probably depend on when the alien race developed and how long they have been around. Although when I say intelligent lifeforms I don't neccessarily mean intelligence greater than ours. by intelligent life form I mean something other than single cell organisms.

I think that it would be gulable of us not to think there was other intelligent life. The only star that has planets going around it (our sun) that we know has human life within it. As far as we know - we are One for One.

I personally think that there are aliens because there are probably plenty of more suns out there and i think that there is another earth out there probably too

I absolutely believe that alien life exists within our universe. I even believe that alien spacecraft have visited our planet and think there is a lot of solid evidence to back up that theory.
I think a lot of the people who refuse to believe in them do so because they think that accepting the possibility of alien lifeforms threatens their religious or philosophical beliefs, and I think that hurts us all.

I must admit I'm kind of fascinated by this subject. I have seen a UFO when I was about 13 y/o. There were several sightings in this area over a couple of nights. I haven't seen
one since but I was watching a tv show a couple of nights ago about sightings in Jan 2000 by several people including 3 or 4 cops in Illinois. That's pretty convincing to me.

Sure there are aliens. Maybe some sort of ant or something. Maybe even a sort of human type thing but not those classic black eyed green people from mars - that's a fairy tale! and i think
In the vastness that is space there has to be some other intelligent beings somewhere. It's just a shame that there are none down here

actually i do belive in aliens. sometime a go my friend (god rest his sole) was a police officer in a small town in illinois and saw what appeared to be a flying object.
it traveled through several cities and each one a police officer siting it. there was a program broadcast on the discovery channel they play it once in a while adn it has interviews with him and several other people and even the dispatchers that were taking the somewhat strange calls that night
so yes i do believe in extra terstrial(sp) and aliens and ufos the unknown

Well, the truth is, i had a lot of expectations, on Area51, that they`ll release the Yellow book. But, since, there was no progress in such things, i`m losing hope. Now, i nolonger believe in such stupid beings, coming to earth unless, i get to fire a laser on one of them..
