What is the best pasta recipe you've ever made?

I just tried a fettucine alfredo recipe I found online the other day. It actually came out really good, I've had better alfredo and I've had lots worse then this. It's supposed to be like the Olive Garden(US Italian restaurant chain) recipe for fettucine alfredo. I did it twice, once this way, had to add a little extra milk. I also doubled it, it seemed to come out better that way. I just added about 1 1/2 cups milk, 8 oz of parmesan cheese, and both times I used neufchatel cheese instead-a lower fat version of cream cheese. Came out much better the second time. I also cut up some chicken and threw it in as well. I have cooked spaghetti before and it was the Filipino style. I love to try lasagna and fettucine.
