What is your favorite vacation type? Beaches, Skiing etc.

Personally i love beach vacations, I find that they are the most relaxing. If I visit a snow spot It's usually for the sit by the fire, drink hot toddies, not to ski. Guess you can say I am not a athletic type.
I do enjoy visiting other countries but loved coming home to the good ole USA. We recently visited Italy and England and I could write quite a lot about what I liked and dislike about each visit, BUT it may become way to controversial. But I will say I enjoyed sightseeing in both Countries, each is beautiful in it's own way.
Tell me where you visited, and which vacation was your favorite.

My favorite vacation type definitely the beach anytime of the day especially in summer. The beaches of Goa are very nice to unwind and I would pay my left arm to be there right now.

Goa does look like a very nice beach. And from what I read reasonably priced to visit. Does Goa accept Euro's?

I LOVE skiing/snowboarding holidays. I was brought u in Europe but am now living in Singapore (Asia) and it's a long way from any snow resorts so when i manage to get to one i always have the time of my life
I love these types of holidays because it encompasses every aspect of my idea of fun! Skiing or snoboarding during the day, having an awesome time and enjoying magnificent views with best friends. I love the adreneline rush that you get from it as well! Then at the end of the day there is the "apres ski" were I can drink and chat and laugh with my friends about anything and everything. After thatI can go to a hotel, have a warm shower, get ready, and go back out to enjoy the nightlife. The nightlife in mountain top ski resorts is usually VERY good! They usually have lots of bars and nightclubs with DJ's and pool tables and other fun things to do. The other good thing is that the people there are SO cool and they are all party animals and EVERYONE shares at least one interest.. SNOW!

I love going to Maine. The craggy beaches are beautiful. The only place out of the USA that I have traveled to is Canada. We vacationed there on a couple of occasions. My husband is from Holland and one day we hope to be able to visit there as well as to the surrounding countries.

My favorite vacation type would be warmer weather which without a doubt would be beaches. I've been to Mytle beach, Virgina beach, and a few In Florida... I love warm weather.

Thanks for the response, you would love Texas if you like warm weather. we have warm to hot weather almost all year long except for the last week.
