I sleep with a sleeveless shirt and sleepshorts.As long as the material is cotton is fine bt me.Comfort is what I go for rather than style when it comes to sleeping.

The cloth really depends on where you're sleeping at. If you sleep in a cold environment, I don't think being bare will let you sleep at all.
