16 kids?!?!?!

I couldn't imagine having 16 kids. Nice that people can do so much for themselves these days and be happy with their lives.

Well, I have 9 and no I couldn't imagine having 16. My 9 usually aren't all in the house at the same time either, some live with their father and some live with their mother. I have 5 of my own and 4 step-kids. If I had 16 I think I would go crazy!! I don't know how those people do it! They are unbelievable! Kudos to them!

My parents had 9 kids and I know there were many times when food was in shotr supply.However,we always had enough kids to play games which kept us healthy and out of trouble.So large families do have some good points and drawbacks.

WOW that is just crazy. I have trouble with the two that I have. I couldn't even imagaine! that is one brave family!

Here in the Philippines, I saw on tv 2 times about families who have over 24 kids! It's insane. Some of the kids are graduates and they have a baby... In this day and age, it's hard to live out here let alone have 24 mouths to feed. Even if I had a never-ending supply of money, I still don't think I would be able to handle more than the 3 kids I have.

I have 6 children ranging from 6 months to 7 years old and I still want more. I had my first child when I was 15, all of my children have the same father who I am married to. We just love children, they are the most precious gift. I am not sure I would want 16 kids though. Having children can be adictive though.....

I saw that family on a show last year...just can't remember which show they were on then. They sure looked like a happy bunch. Myself, I could never imagine having 16 kids. The two I had were all I could handle. I asked my mom many times how she handled four daughters. She said she never had problems handling four kids, but I don't think I'm the woman my mom was. In fact, I know I'm not.

HOLY! how do they all get along! and where would they all sleep?! there was 10 kids in my moms family i guess that's similar. i bet the 18 year old helps out a lot and does A LOT of babysitting. i couldnt handle that many kids for sure. As soon as they start to out number the adults its not a good scene lol!

My Mom & Dad had 10 kids & I'm the baby.. I love having so many people in my family. I mean really, after 8 kids, what's 8 more? :) I think it's cool that people out there still have bigger families & doing a lot of their own stuff like making the clothes, having a garden, raising animals for food etc. is awesome. If they are willing to give up a lot of the materialistic things in life for a family.. good for them! I personally couldn't imagine having 16.. I mean I would if it was in God's will.. but, I think I will prob' only have 5 or so!

I think it is wonderful that they are so happy. Personally I don't think I would want to be pregnant that much. Or change all those diapers. The Duggar women has been pregos for most of her life she has a baby and a few months later she is preg again. Also if you ever watch those shows with tht family the parents don't seem to do much raising alot of the parental chores get passed to the older children, but it works for them.

One in my family has 13 children.... Thats sick much... they live on a old school they have buyed..

enjoying parenting makes very diffucult after the enjoy. how to fulfiill all these requirement for education and living if thses type of family being there. so plz stop making more children.

I believe having 16 kids is a very great gain from god.Is just that you don't no the main reason while those Family decide to have somush kid like that maybe they are doing it to get award.My own advice is that anybody that dosse not have a strong financial backing should not do that.

Frankly speaking. my husband and i really wanted to have a big family because i think is very happy to have one. But i guess, it is also very hard nowadays....you have to give all the best for them...good home, food, clothings, education, love and attention. Maybe if i am sure that i can provide all the things they need....why not?

No i couldnt see myself with 16 kids.I am struggling with three i have now and trying to make things better for us.For that family that has 16 kids more power to them.If they are financially straight then thats wuss up.Myself nah cant do it even if I was rich.

Wow, 16 kids! What a tsrain for the mother giving birth - and what a strain on the hip pocket. But big families are oftenvery happy families and make do with less. We have three children but often there are another three for dinner - so 8 of us all up. It can be a whole lot of fun :)

Girl i love children, but i know i don't want 16 of them. but those who do i say more power to you. I say you are blessed. when you know you will find a way, you always find a way. faith is very powerful and i bet that got enough for everyone

yes i have seen 21 or 35 kids and they r happy

I want to have 15 kids i love kids......i saw that before yea its kinda cute to have alot of kids tho
