Who would win in a fight: Spider-Man vs. a Jedi Knight

A standard gedi knight (not a master) who's trained all of his life? He would be able to sense things probably just as well as Spider-Man, and he could use all of his cool force powers, and he could also use a light saber, while Spider-Man can't. But Spider-Man has agility and super-strength on his side. Who would win?

I think it would be a close fight, at least. Spidey can sense danger before it happens, so no matter how skilled the jedi is, Spidey could dodge most of the attacks easily.
Yeah he'd have more trouble if his opponent were female. Plus Spider-Man always tries to pull his punches on weaker opponents because he doesn't want to kill them. The Jedi knight wouldn't hold back at all.

I think Spidey'd win. Yes a Jedi senses things, but Spider-man has precognition, he actually knows what the Jedi'd do a second/minute before he does it. He's also pretty fast, flexible, with his super sticky powers, webbing..
Jedi's pretty fast too, but if Spidey could get his light-saber away from him I think he could win. It'd be pretty tough, and he'd probably get kinda injured in the fight..

spiderman dont have any more powers other than web
which jedi will make it melt
by his saber
so the chance goes for the jedi

I'm gonna have to put my money on spiderman. He can take more pain then a jedi.
Yes a jedi is very well trained but is not able to withstand the amount of pain spiderman can.
One good hit by spiderman and the jedi is knocked out.

i would like to think that the one to win it would be a jedi knight.. he has more greater powers than spider man...
