agree but after that it is their mutual understanding that lat them come nearer and relations start building

Yes, in a way, I do believe in love at first sight. It is an incredible feeling of just knowing with 100% certainty that this person would be wonderful to love for the rest of your life. (Unfortunately, that doesn't mean that they always feel the same way.)
