medicine tablet or capsule

Capsule all the way for me too. I can take a tablet but it's much easier for me to swallow the capsule and the idea is to do what is easier right :) ALso I am no able to take any of them - capsule of tablet - without plenty of water. I know my husband just swallows them no water no nothing, but I can't do it.

hi i prefer taking tablet because capsule has a shell around it the shell around it is waste and it is helpful onluy protecting the inside medicine only if we take the capsule the medicine will be helpful but not that capsule so id like to prefer tablet than capsule

To me it really doesn't matter, whether it be tablet or capsule. I take about 12 - 14 vitamins every morning, some are capsules and some are tablets. The way I like to take them is swallow all of them at the same time. This saves time.
