Longest anime

"Sazae-san" is the longest running anime ever, spanning five decades with more than 1700 episodes. However, the anime with the MOST episodes over the years is "Doraemon", which has over 2000 episodes.

Hmm... I think dragon ball is the longest one since it has so many series from Z, GT, etc...

Dragon ball is the longest right now and one piece was pretty long but Im pretty sure that naruto gonna beat all of them. Since naruto 2 is starting in march and this gonna be a lot more episodes since the last filler probably 219-221. then if we start naruto 2. Yep, I am sure the episodes might exceed more than 300 or even 400

Dragon ball... i use to follow that anime, but unfortunately i miss some episode and get bored because its too long...

2000?? O_____O I can't belive... who would watched a seria that has 2000 episodes?? I get tired and bored only thinking about it...

I'd say Dragon Ball is te longest of all. But who knows in the future, it might be beaten someway.

ahahahah I'm DB Z fans. For Ur info, its about 300 eps and it similar with Naruto (I buy 8 DVD for it). And as other people said, it ONLY DBZ. Dragon ball it self has 3 session. Dragon ball classic, DB Z and DB GT ^^ weheheheheeh so Dragon Ball is longest

among the three, of course dragonball is the longest.... but we all know that until now, onepiece and naruto isn't finish yet so we cant say if they wont beat son goku's reign... question is, which one is longer? dragonball or doraemon? :P

Well, look at all the different dragon ball serieses and how long they are. I would say they have to be the longest and sometimes in a bad way. Some of the GT story arcs were hard to sit through.

Now is DB, but I think One Piede will be the longest in the future. Naruto will change to Naruto Chippuden, different name.

All of them are too long... it's bad u.u they could have only 30 episodes at the most A lot of great anime series have 26 espisodes...
