So we're heard a lot about the winners and audition rejects but can you name 2 of the 5 runners-up who is your personal favorite and share why do you think so?

The only runner-up that comes to mind that was a favorite is Clay Aiken. The best singer doesn't always win. It's like Idol picks the winner before they ever get to Hollywood, and then they promote that person as the best, so that people will vote for them. I'm watching this year just to see who it is that Idol is pushing to win.

Yup.. good observation and point of view. I really like Clay too. I think he is the best of all the runners-up and in-fact better than a few winners too. Just glad to see he's doing well. My 2nd best runners-up would be Carrie Underwood for her smile and country influence... loved her!

Carrie wasn't a runner up. She won season 4. Bo was runner up

Hi. I dont remember the names of the people right now. I think I am only going to watch the auditions this season and not the whole show because Paula, Randy and Simon are on my last nerve. They are too rude and they say the same thing over and over and over. I will have to wait and see though, as I may change my mind. I dont have any personal favorites right now though. Do you? I have noticed that Randy doesnt say "yo dog" very much any more LOL.
