Do you play the game and enjoy it or do you in my opinion cheat and use walk through's?

I use Try it sometimes, it's very informative. And I wouldn't consider it cheating.

everyone uses sites like thotbot or allakhazam to get the quests done easier.... and ofc the end game instances are done with guides how to kill bosses...

No man its totally useless. It takes all the fun away. Anyway the players in WOW r pretty helpful, especially the high lvl player.

I play the game and enjoy it quite a bit, but sometimes helpful hints are truly welcome. The class specific quests can be particularly challenging and frustrating, and I have helped a number of Locks, Mages, and Shaman complete those types of quests. Since I have family members who also play the game and I had the pressure of "hurry and level up" laid upon my shoulders, I found Thottbot and Alakazam quite helpful in some cases. In my humble opinion, the better prepared the team, the more enjoyable the game since the team is able to focus on strategy and how best to achieve objectives rather than -- which way do we go, what do we have to kill here, where is Jamal or whatever boss is the object of the quest (do I hear Sunken Temple -- giggles) and the like. After all, the game is all about team work and nothing beats a well-prepared team!!! May your blades never dull!!! Lokaine!!

Yea.. I think lots of people do as well as it saves time. Besides the usual Thottbot and IGN... there are some great WOW blogs and community out there too which provides great tips. I have my own WOW blog of course and you're most welcome to visit: Cheers!
