Do you think working for other countries and developing that country is better than making effort in our own country and progressing for welfare of our country and citizens..!!

Sometimes circumstances of your employment can change, and you have to look further afield. I was forced to in 1996 when I moved from Australia to Thailand. I've never been happier.

Ideally, a person must help his own country to develop but there are also some other realities that must be considered. Among others is the economic aspect. The main reason why people work abroad is to get more income to support the family, buy a house and save a capital to start his own businesss at home. There should be no brain drain and labor export but this is hardly the case. Not only that he can not get a good income at home but also there is no strong political will on the part of the government to support the talents of it's citizens. That's why we lose the gifted and most talented people. A good example is Saudi Arabia that was developed mostly by asian work force. Not to mention many professionals who are now in the highly developed countries.
