Is Apptitude test necessary?

Yes,it is a must.

i think that aptitude is necessary for the new jobs and this is the only test which tests overall knowledge of the applicant and it is the demand of the time. this is true for every job and any other good exam. for b-schools and for gre and other exams it is the mandatory to appear in aptitude test.
