Does your cat watch TV?

I've noticed in the past that certain things will attract my cats attention on TV such as the wheel on Wheel of Fortune or animal noises from the Animal Channel's shows. While I was watching Meercats on the Animal Channel my cat Oreo became very attentive to the TV and watched the show with me. I thought when it was over she would go back to sleep. Well, I was surprised when she was still watching when I changed the channel and put on CSI. Now, when she's in the mood she'll go close to the TV and watch it with me for at least a half hour or more, commercials included. Does anyone else have a cat like this? Let me know and I will be rating all answers. Thank you.

I have 5 cats. Lily is my "baby" - she is 6 months old now - and she loves to watch TV! She especialy loves tennis and snooker - anything with a little ball that she can chase about the sreen! She also loves to sit on my knee when I'm on the computer and "chase" the arrow on the screen when the mouse moves!

Our kitten Juju watches TV - we were watching a show on the Andes recently and he was totally fascinated with the lizard footage. He'll watch just about anything...none of our other cats do - just Juju. It's pretty funny!

My Columbus cat will occasionally watch tv. He'll jump on my lap as I'm watching and settle down, facing the television set, but not for too long. He'll also groom himself a little before jumping off my lap and heading to the kitchen for some water and a snack.

My cats watch tv. It is so cool. And if it happens to have an animal that makes a sound, or a bird, they will react to it.
