Sleeping disorders (feeling sleepy always) Know your sleeping habits

I always feel sleepy and go to sleep at every opportunity i get. Unlike the lack of sleep disorder this is peculiar and rare. I do not know what this thing is called. Personally i think 8 hours of sleep a day is good (i sleep 10 hours). Yoga will help people out with lack of sleep to get good and peaceful sleep every night. Pranayama is another method of getting sleep.. Please post your ideas regarding it

Is it really a disorder, are you sure, because I do not even lose any oppurtunity to sleep. People call me lucky for this habit.
