I wish I could feel youth and have that state of mind. My husband is older than me and still has a youthful outlook which is really great. I have often tried to do things that I used to do in my youth. It just isn't the same for me any more, but I do wish it was.

The natural order of things are childhood, youth, adulthood and these are specific periods in time in our growth and development as human beings, this we can't deny. Some senior people may want to think they are still young and that practice is healthy, I agree. But sooner or later they just have to accept the fact that they already have passed the prime of their youth. The mind and the spirit are still strong but the physical body is showing some signs of giving up. I miss the things that I can do when I was young. I can not do them now no matter how I tell myself I'm still young.

Yes I agree. If your mind is young you will never lose your youth. Your age does not matter.
