How do you take care of your skin? What products do you use and how often do you use products? I have heard of people taking milk baths or using seaweed and other things. How many people use products like those?

First, select a cleansing regime for your particular skin type and skin problem. SkinCareWorldWide.com has products for acne, normal skin, oily skin, and sensitive skin. Avoid bar soap. Obagi and Neostrata have cleansers particularly recommended by SkinCareWorldWide.com. Second, select an exfoliant to unroof the stratum corneum (glycolic, lactic acid, and salicylic acid). An exfoliant is particularly useful in unroofing white heads and blacks (comedones) in acne. Start with the lower strength preparations first 2.5%-5%. Higher strengths may be irritating. A gel is usually more drying and stronger than a lotion or a cream. Third, Than use a moisturizer formulated for the face and eyelids. Note, people with acne or oily skin may not need a moisturizer. Fourth, photoprotect your skin from the suns damaging UVA and UVB rays with a broad-spectrum sunscreen. Vitamin C Creams also have photoprotecting ability. All products should be used as directed on the product container. Any product that causes irritation should be discontinued. The information provided at SkinCareWorldWide.com is not a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with a dermatologist or your physician.

I just follow the regimen cleanse-tone-moisturise. I cleanse with a gentle cleanser then tone by using Witch Hazel astringent then moisturize either by Olay Total Effects or Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer. Ocassionally when I am not lazy I put milk on my face (makes the skin glow and soft and smooth). I also want to try the Aztec healing clay mask.

I am a skincare and make up junkie and have a regiment that I follow with only mild product variations. Mostly I use clarins but I like to use other profucts too. For the bath/shower I use Eau Dynimasante shower gel and body lotion which I sometime use Neutrogena Body oil or Bliss Lemon and Sage body cream. I exfoliate 1 to 2x a week and in the summer use a self tanner. On occasion I will head to the spa for a massage but have never had a seaweed wrap or mud bath.
