You missed what was right in front of you. Those that eat fruit. Fruit does not have to be sour, Bananas are great and so are oranges. Figs are good to add to your diet. They probably don't eat alot of white rice or breads and that helps keep you thinner. Any juice that is used is real not the fruit drinks with sugar. In general they eat a healthier diet and that keeps them thinner. Good luck with this. Save your money for the vitamin tablets.
