Vitamin C

Can this vitamin help you lose weight? I noticed that people who eat fruits rich in vitamin c are rarely overweight. I don't like sour fruits, so I'm curious if taking 1 tablet of vitamin c daily can help me lose weight?

I take vitamin c and it hasn't reduced my weight. Maybe if I ate properly and got more exercise, it may benefit me.

You missed what was right in front of you. Those that eat fruit. Fruit does not have to be sour, Bananas are great and so are oranges. Figs are good to add to your diet. They probably don't eat alot of white rice or breads and that helps keep you thinner. Any juice that is used is real not the fruit drinks with sugar. In general they eat a healthier diet and that keeps them thinner. Good luck with this. Save your money for the vitamin tablets.
