Do you play LOUD MUSIC when you are depressed or in a foul mood?

Some of my friends tend to turn up the volume of their stereos when they are having some rather 'heavy stuff' they want to vent out. Do you do this too? If not, how do you release those tension?

I tend to play loud music to help drown out the noise in my neighborhood. They are putting in new homes in our subdivision and the noise gets on my nerves every day. I like silence when I'm trying to work and think.

So there are constructions going on around your neighborhood at the moment? Awww that sucks. I really hate the sound of pounding wherever I may be. =/

I turn mine up as loud as I am comfortable with on my headphones. I like loud music, but not if it rattles everyone else. My music is for me, not for the entire world. I hate it when people do that to me, so why would I want to do that to others? Great question!!

Great response! =) You do have a point. I am guilty of that sometimes. I doesn't seem to care about other people when I am on a foul mood. =( I just do what I want, not considering other people around me.

I do that too sometimes. It really is ironic isn't it? During those situations, LOUD music makes us feel calmer.. =)
