What are goals for mylot?-making money or making friends?

I have been a member of my lot for a week now and I am excited about the possibilities of discussing topics with people from all over the world. You certainly cannot beat the incentive and benefits of earning a few extra dollars on the side in return for you efforts!! What are your motivation for mylot? Making friends or making money?

That is certainly why I am here. I just want to know that I'm making a difference, or learning something about someone else's life or culture. I think it's fun, and a great way to converse with people that you otherwise would never have met.. in any way.

Well said. I think that is one of the most positive benefits of the internet.. to have a forum to exchanges ideas and learn more about each other.

To be honest with everyone, the money was what got me here. I've been unemployed for a long time and really getting into debt. I need to make money fast, so I'm trying just about everything there is to try. BUT, as I've been doing this, I've realized that making friends seems to be a good idea here too. You can never have too many friends, so 'bring it on'!

You can't beat that!! Making money AND making friends while discussing things that you are interested in the most. I agree the more friends the merrier!!

I like discussion's as well, I like meeting and talking with people from all over, The money is just a benefit. I have met alot of neat people since I have started Mylot and any way I can help them out with it, I try as well.

I am a newbie here too. I am an active member on yahoo answers. Someone on there recomended this site to me. I like the whole idea of the site. I am surprised I haven't came across mylot along time before!

I found out about mylot from another site called homejobstop.com. That was a little over a week ago. I am enjoying my time on mylot.

I like mylot because its a site that brings to me the posibilty of learning new things and interesting articles or questions from the rest people so i can learn new something each day in addition mylot pays me an extra money for writting responses or creating new discussion on the community, so i have these two goals more over i have also the posibility to have a list of friends although for me its not very useful in this moment, have a nice day on mylot and happy earnings also.

Yes. I have noticed that while reading about current events or watching the news I am always thinking how I can discuss these issues with other members on mylot. I hope that you meet the goals that you set for mylot.

I used to work on other discussion sites before joining mylot.I didn't make any friends there as they didn't have any thing like that.I have made few friends here.My reson for joining mylot was to make money but when we can do both simultaniously then why not make friends too.

To be honest, I started mylot because of the money. I was looking for some websites that would make me earn some serious cash. Unfortunately, mylot really doesn't give the financial security I was hoping for. But alas, I am still here.
Albeit it didn't give me much financially, I started to enjoy making new friends and reading the discussions. Some discussions even gave me ideas on how to earn online. I've really learned a lot from the people I meet here...which I guess is my new motivation for mylot.
