How many people have been to Greece? If so, what did you like most? Would you like to visit? I've been 4 times and I absolutely love it

shoreline in Greece - The breathtaking views of a shoreline in Greece. Greece is a country with a journey in time, from the present to the past and back again.
I would like to walk through the olive groves, through ancient sites, and sparsely inhabited islands. Roaming from the beaches to rocky mountains and exploring evertything Greece has to offer.
There is alot of great history to be seen when visiting Greece. I have did alot of research on this country and although I have never been there, It is one place I hope that I will get to go spend a few weeks there exploring and seeing the many attractions.

I spent a month there from Oct. 9 - Nov. 9. There is sooooo much to see. Everywhere you look are old ruins. You can see them on the mountains from almost anywhere you are in Greece. I mainly stay in Athens when I go, but it is most definitely worth the trip.

Meteora, Greece - Meteora, an extraordinary Complex of Monasteries - Greece
I visited Greece just a month ago, on last years eve and it was indeed a beautiful trip. I was really impressed by Meteora, an extraordinary Complex of Monasteries. We also visited Platamonas Fortress, White Tower within the city of Salonic, Nei Pori, Paralia, Litovoro, Mount Olympus. There's so much history... i would invite everyone to visit Greece at least once, i'll sure do it again in the near future. I uploaded some picture in interests - Greece. Wish you all the best!

I visited Greece several years ago. I flew into Athens and then took a ferry out to Naxos which I used as a base to visit a few of the islands close by including Delos. On my way back, I also spent some time sightseeing in Athens in the area around the Acropolis. I'm really interested in the ancient monuments and remains and there are plenty of those in Greece :-)

I have gone to Acropolis. It is quite beautiful. Just to know that you have walked the same area as many people in history is amazing to me. Thanks so much for your response.

I've been to Greece a few times and it is my favorite place in the whole world-so far. I had an amazing experience in Delphi, also one of the best meals I've ever had, and I plan to go back there as many times as the budget allows.

The answer to that is YES. I was actually born in Greece but my parents immigrated to Australia when I was three. I have been back many times - on average, once every four years. All our relatives still live there and I think of Greece as my second home. I absolutely love it and miss it when I'm not there. The people, the good humour, the food, the ancient; neo-classic and modern buildings, and the natural beauty of the place have me hooked.

I visited Greece last September while I was living in Cyprus. Its a beautiful country. I visited Athens and the island of Aegina which about a 20 min. ferry ride from Piraeus near Athens. Aegina was amazing. Me and friends rented quads and rode all over the island, saw Greek ruins, climbed mountains, and swam in the crystal blue Aegean Sea. Athens was beautiful as well, contrary to what I had heard before. It was very clean and modern with lots of activity and vibrancy. Definitely recommend it on your tour of European cities!

Giassu Andrea! Im living now in Greece for the last 3 years and i can say that is a really beautifully country to live or just to visit. I would like to tell also that I prefer mainland of Greece to the islands. Not many people knows the greek mainland with the beautifull Pilio or Zagorohiria area. I encourage all when they came to Greece to do a visit in the central greece Best regards me
