Do the online IQ tests really work?

Most original IQ tests where written by Middle Class White Males, which Psychologists first introduced them. So of course White Middle Class Males, did better than any one else. IQ tests are fun! but never take them serious unless they are cross cultural, cross gender that is created so men and women get equal results, cross class. Sadly many employers use IQ tests and aptitude tests to see if you are bright enough for the job and lose good workers at the detriment of these stupid tests :(

Yeah! The online IQ tests are the best to judge yourself by yourself. As it is said that we r our best judge. So one should try this test and i m sure that he will get the best out there. There is a site named "www.tickle.com" where you can try and it's absolutely a free one. You just have to register free.That's all.Go ahead and have a great fun out there to jugde youself better that the other. Hope you would like my suggestion.
