To earn more you have to do just one thing post post post; but remember they should be quality posts, more desciptive as much as you can. Having some good active friends in your friend list helps too.

Post quality discussions. Start trying to get referrals as fast as possible, when starting a new venture you are the highest point of excitement and that is the best time to recruit.
