Do you like to talk youself ???

yes i talk o myself when i got angry i say to myself b cool,no u should not show ur anger please b clam so everthing will b ok and i even talk to myself when i made mistake .i would feel so bad that why did i hurt others.it may b for very silly reasons.i feel bad on myself that why i have done so.wat happend to me .how could i do so.i ask all these type of questions to myself.
