mga kababayan ko: how about an EYEBALL???

philippine flag - The symbols on the white triangle of the Philippine flag are an eight rayed sun and three stars in gold. The sun represents the dawning of a new era of self determination that was desired in 1897 (when the flag was first designed) after the Spanish-American war and the US promise of independence, which was granted in 1946. The 8 rays on the sun stand for the 8 provinces that rose in revolt against Spanish rule in the late 19th century. The 3 stars stand for the 3 principal geographic areas of the country, Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao. To complete the symbolism of the flag, the red stripe represents courage and bravery and the blue stripe is for noble ideals. The white triangle stands for the Katipunan, a revolutionary organization that led the revolt against Spain and the color white represents peace and purity. This flag is unique in that in peacetime, the blue stripe is uppermost but during wartime, the red stripe is on top.

to all filipinos here in mylot. is eyeball considerable here? we're creating such a nice community. i think it'll be much better if we can meet & know eachother more. coordination & unity is all we need. we can share stories, mylot tips, personal details and alot more:) is this possible?? can someone organize this?? hmmmm.. whats your say "mga kababayan ko"?

That's a great idea! The Filipino community here in mylot is growing rapidly. Maybe we should start knowing more about them before we meet..

Good idea! I'll look forward to that. This community is a special one because we're exchanging ideas and earn some amount as rewards here unlike chatters with clans and have eyeballs. I think it would be hard to organize such event but it is possible if we have organizers here in mylot.

eyeball, i think that is hard because filipinos in mylot come from various places in the Philippines. I for one am not from manila. Am from mindanao. it will be hard to meet up. maybe we can all join in one website as suggested by the other mylot user. There we can know each other better and help each other out.

That's a great idea! Also, as a solution to the problem of distant mylot members, how about we make a 3-part eyeball? 1st part consists of all Luzon mylot members, 2nd would have Visayas mylot members, then the last would have Mindanao mylot members eyeball. How's that? Our kababayans overseas can also start their eyeball in their respective countries. I suggest we do a roll call first. Waddya say?

weeh this seems nice.. i heard there are a lot of filipinos here in mylot. it would also be nice if half filipinos will join so that they would be able to discover more about their roots. =)

that is a good idea but very difficult to organize because filipinos here in mylot come from different places and also considering the time that we will put to it. but again i would say that will be a good idea if it ever happen. i hope we can really organize such..
