At first I wanted to be Hey!, however, now I wish to share my exampe :) Personally I have a great knack for finding my way around. Mapquest is wonderful, now especially since I can put in multiple stops. I cover 3 counties so that really helps me to be timely. I rarely get lost since I have a good sense of direction. Now my daughter has had Maps in school, we homeschool, she is no real help to me when we travel. Just not her thing. It is teachable, however, some sense of direction really helps.

I do not believe that women are worst in map reading or directions as I am a male and I am awful when it comes to reading a map or finding my way around, especially if it is going to a new place. I think men and women are equal when it comes to this as my lady friends locally have no problems using a map at all.

I know roads better than my husband it seems. He gets lost sometimes after being in the same area many times. He can go in the woods though and walk for miles and still come back out in the same spot he went in at. I can't do that. the woods all looks the same to me unless I am on a path.
