how many times a day you say thank you?

All over the day and everyday that basic my parents geve me always be human, kind,smaile, listen, be open, say thank you, welcome,please. That things I do everyday this is my way of life my wife too and now my children too. I think that if everone will do so or even a little from thouse think all the world will be mach better.

Yes I still do even at my age 34 I still say thank you and yes mamm and no mamm and yes sir and no sir and also thank you and please. I feel like it is polite to do thing for older adults out of respect.
