the most important meal?

whats the most important meal during day?is it breakfast ,lunch or supper?i vote for breakfast what do you think?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, according to researches. In every diet program, they tell you to eat breakfast, light lunch and maybe skip dinner and drink their products or something. But to me, the most important meal of the day is supper. As in, what I eat right before I sleep. No, it doesn't make me gain weight. Why? Well, I wake up very late everyday so I'm not really in time for breakfast. My first meal of the day is usually 3-7 hours after I wake up..which is usually dinner. I eat a very light dinner as I'm not hungry enough yet. But come 1am, I usually get the munchies and eat something like a sandwich or porridge or basically, whatever else I can get my hands on. Can't sleep on an empty stomach! ;)

Of corse breakfast is the most important meal. The time you sleep is the time you don't eat a thing. When you awake, your body needs energies, and having a nice breakfast is a nice start to have a great day.

No doubt, it's breakfast. Breakfast meals give us the energy we need for the whole day. And in fact, if you're on a diet, you should not skip breakfast because if you do, your metabolism will slow down.

Breakfast is the most important meal during day. Do you know that: one of the main reasons for brain harm isn't to have the breakfast meal because it reduces the suger ratio in mind which lead to harm.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it gives us energy to carry out the day and body needs it very badly as there is a gap of more than 7 hours between supper and breakfast.

i go for breakfast too because it is where you start your day. You should start your day right by eating breakfast and eating breakfast is important one because breafast is the starting fuel of our body. Our body needs to be refuel from our 8 hours of sleep to start our new day right.
