Do you think you'd like to fix lasagna this way?

Cook the noodles, but instead of layering them flat in the pan, take one noodle, sprinkle it with the meat, put the ricotta cheese on, then mozzarella.. whatever you normally do, BUT roll up the individual noodle, then place it on it's side in the pan. Do the same with the rest, pour over the sauce, top with cheese, cover with foil and bake. The advantage is that one noodle is one serving and you don't have to cut the lasagna, just lift the "roll" out of the pan. It gives same old lasagna a new look! The recipe I used is on www.kraftfoods.com

By cutting up the strips of lasagna to create smaller rolls, you can make a great appetizer. Just put a toothpick into it after separating the pieces out once done. Easy, quick, and so good.
