The story of coffee. There was a male farmer taking the goats to the hill. The farmer was busy with his cabbage planting. The goats were looking for food on the other side. They walked up the hill and ate coffee bean. When the farmer finished his work. He went up to get those goats down straight to his home. He saw the goats eating bean. He said to the goats with a stick “go home”. After arriving home, he saw the goats were not sleeping like the other days. He made the test with different goats’ group on the next day, he realized that those beans made his goats not sleeping. So he got an idea and started planting the coffee beans. I can’t sleep at night if I drink the coffee. Coffee beans are planted in my local , not far from 50 kilometers. It smells very good, when they ripen.

I wont suffere from such thing, because I wont consume coffee.
But what you said is right. Coffee stops you from sleepping. Often my friends drink coffee during exam time to wake late night and study.
You should stop drinking coffee if you wanna sleep better :)

Coffee definetely will keep one awake. For how long depends on your body's reaction towards caffeine. What happens is that the body reacts to eliminate caffein from the system and as a result, heats up the body activities.

It's a good thing I do not suffer from the same predicament as you because I need to have my cup of coffee in the morning. When I was young , drinking coffee at night did not affect my sleep at all . However as the years went by, I found that if I drank coffee after 6 pm ,I would suffer from insomnia. It's just awful, tossing and turning in bed, not being able to get to sleep :)
