This is a matter of opinion, and when you consider the vast number of Linux distributions available it is impossible to try them all to compare them. The majority are similar in style due to having the program menu layout and the icons to access various parts of the system. My personal favourite is Xandros, which has the ability to support Microsoft Office.

sorry could not get you.are you talking about operating systems? actually people often ask for linux like windows but you are asking for windows like linux.i know suse linux is quite like windows,you can try that.there may be many more,but i know only one.there is another os called lindows,it has properties of both windows and linux.you can check it out also.
