I do enjoy cheese. My husband does not care for cheese fondue so we do not have it. WE have had fondue using hot oil to cook meats in. There was a restaurant that had fondue both using cheese and oil. I was a bit concerned about the one with oil being served at the table. Liability and all.

Yes they use oil, but maybe we ask for not to. I will try it next time, I let you know what happend!+++
