Many people now a days are so conscious on how they look especially their figures. That's why they are many people especially actresses are suffering from anorexia just to keep in shape. I have 1 tip Avoid FAST-FOOD it could make you fat since one of the biggest factors that affects our physique is our eating habits. Don't starve yourself it could only make your skin ugly and it will give a bad effect on your health in the future. Start a self-discipline, eat a variety of foods but a balance diet. Enough carbohydrates and proteins, less fat and salty food, less sweet and high in fiber. So people out there share your healthy tips that will surely help everybody.

Eat when you are hungry not when you see food you like. Stop for a minute and ask yourself, "Am I really hungry?" My sister is the queen of eating donuts when she is stressed and I ask her all the time, was she hungry and she says no she just wanted something sweet, or no, she was just stressed. If you think of food as fuel, you know you can't fill a car up with more gas than it can hold. It will spill over. In our case, the spill is on the inside and we will gain weight. If we just keep ourselves fueled but not spilling over, most of us wouldn't have huge problems. (I know many have inherited weight issues and that is a different thing. I am talking about the average person with no genetic weight factors.) Alo remember a car won't run on empty so starving yourself will just put your metabolism at a halt and screw you up, not to mention cause you health issues.

For me, strving yourself is not the solution to getting in shape because you cannot always monitor your eating patterns and you cannot always rely on pills in getting fit. For me, the best way to keep in shape is to do exercise and eat the right amount right for you, in this instance, you will always be fit because you have the exercise already incorporated in your lifestyle.

I can't really say I was in shape when I was anorexic. Unless being a stick is a shape. A lot of people don't eat fast food and they still aren't stick figures. Just because a food isn't fast food, that doesn't mean it's healthy.
