How can i gain weight ?

Hi friends i am too skinny and all my friends are after me like all the time to put on some weight - i mean 2 - 5 kgs would be just perfect.. the problem is... i do all the things which can make someone blow up like a ballon - i eat 4 times a day, i love fried food/junk food, lots of butter and cheese in my daily diet, i sleep a lot, i don't do any exercise and STILL don't put on weight. My mom thinks it's good - but i feel i look anorexic. Please HELP !

The better way is to eat a lot. but some people won't gain weight by eating... Its because of the stress and strain they have... Try to reduce it and lead a peacefull life.

I had that problem to when I was younger I did everything in my power to gain weight but to now avail! Now I would do anything to just loose a little! I wouldn't stress over it to much just eat healthy reduce stress and be happy with who you are!

hehee. you are right..as i grow older i wud probably gain a lot of weight. i've seen many ppl who r skinny when younger...u r right i probably shouldn't stress too much over it. thx

Maybe, but I have been out of high school for 30 years and only weigh a few pounds more than when I graduated! Those anorexic models have nothing on me. Some of us are just genetically designed to be thin. Count your blessings. My doctor told me to eat ice cream, eggs, cheese, and peanut butter if I wanted to gain weight. Hee Hee! Doctors orders to eat ice cream! Those friends who think you need to put on weight are probably just jealous!

start doing PRANAYAM. avoid eating junk food, try to eat healthy and high calorie food like fresh cheese, full cream milk, ghee, buttter, lots of dry fruits. try to go for a light walk everyday. this will definiately help u.

caontinue the same what r u doing . along with that one eat some ghee daily . its main ..along with that one eat ghee products and try to eat non veg daily...thats all it will make it to gain your weight

try going to the gym,maybe 2 - 3 of workout and after that you eat.do that always and you will gain weight.

You need to consult a physician urgently mate, it is not a joke. Once they find out what your problem is and prescribe you the right diet and medication follow that religiously, you will get the desired weight. Don't try self therapy it will only hurt and not help.

How to Gain Weight Introduction I get a lot of e-mails and phone calls from customers seeking guidance on how to gain weight. In this article I'll give an overview of how to go about gaining weight quickly and effectively without having to take out a second mortgage. If followed correctly with discipline & hard work, most should be able to put on a good 20lbs in short order. Let's get to it. Eat, Eat, Eat Eating is the first and most important factor that is needed for proper weight gain. It's simple - you need to eat more calories than you burn. This does not mean eating anything and everything that is not nailed down. Carefully plan your meals with foods that will help you gain lean mass, not fat. I suggest 6 meals. Focus on foods such as steak, chicken, fruit, milk, vegetables, cheese and assorted types of nuts. It's recommended to eat 4 - 6 pieces of fresh fruit a day, and at least four tall glasses of milk. Milk is a great, cheap protein source - take advantage of it. A sample snack meal would be a glass of milk, an apple, and a hand full of peanuts. Take time to lay out a meal plan. What you eat is the most important ingredient in a successful weight gain program. Lifting As stated, proper eating is of up most importance when attempting to gain weight, but if you do not lift weights, all that gained weight will be fat - not muscle. When trying to gain weight, I suggest working out three times a week. You need to lift hard and then recover for the next workout. Focus on the big exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bent-over rows, chin-ups, bench press, & military press. These are the exercises that will turn those extra calories into muscle. You are not going to gain much by doing lateral raises and step-ups every workout. You need the multiple-joint lifts that will shock your system and stimulate your body into growth. Focus on getting strong by adding a small amount of weight each workout. If you focus on strength, size will follow. Case in point, look around at your local gym - the strongest guys are also the biggest. Supplements?To gain weight, you do not NEED Supplements, but they will help you gain the weight quicker. That's what they are, supplements to an already good diet and training program. Think of supplements as the finishing touch. I suggest only two supplements for those wishing to gain weight. The first being N-Large 2 . The way N-Large 2 will help is by giving you a large quantity of calories in one small serving. These will provide you with at least 600 calories in one easy shake and are especially great for students who do not have time for breakfast, or snacks in between classes. I think I must be an expert on the issue of gaining weight, not for myself ( I am over weight), but due to my daughter. She has always been very thin, and opver the years I have had to try all sorts of things to help her gain weight. Number one is.. more protein. Protein is what help us actually grow. Protein from meat is best, because of the huige amounts it contains, but you can get protein from cheese, milk, breads, pasta and rice. The latter , without meat), may not be enough. It is likely that you need a protein supplement to help you gain weight. They are purchased in powered forms, as a drink, and sometimes as a bar. Have a lot of carbohydrates too, the healthy ones.

I also had this kind of problem.Depends how old are you.I was very skinny but don't worry with time it'll pass.You won't complain about that anymore.Many girls would like to be slim and not worring about getting fat.So a big advantage is that you can eat all you want! :)) And if eating didn't work untill now don't force yourself anymore because you won't get any results.It depends on your metabolism...So forget about the idea of getting fat and be happy with who you are...:)

If you are anything like me, go to college. I gained 30 pound my first year. I can't put my finger on exactly what did it, but I just say it was college in general. Are you sure you want to gain weight? You might regret it later.

In my oppinion the best way for getting weight is eating much food with high calories like fast food and also not doing any sport or exercise so you will be getting weight very quickly, have a nice day on mylot and happy earnings also.

Well what you're doing is really unhealthy for you. Not everything related to food is weight....if you eat so much junk food and such you will have your blood pressure super high and your cholesterol rates will reach dangerous levels. If you want to gain some weight you should go to a professional, that is, a doctor. Explain your problem to a doctor and ask him for ways to gain weight slowly but in a balanced way. What you're doing is very dangerous and as far as i see it's not even effective.

if you are too skinny it is god"s gift to you . some people have tomuch wait thay tray &try to loss wait but wait is like a gum on thatr body so thay feel verry uneassy so i say to tou you are a lucky .&one thing mind plz dont eat jnk food it is not for weight gain it is damegr our bodys internal parts.

you my have have disorder with your thyroid..look up for hyprethyroidism...i have this disorder for more than a year now. Refrain from caffeine as it could make you loose more weight.

eat lot of bananas fried in ghee(clarified butter).eat around 2-3 bananas like this.u will definitely get fatty.just give it a try.u will surely be successful.dont eat honey .
