chinese buffet is good for ypur health or not?

Good question. Well, I have heard some things, but they maight be just misconceptions. It tastes good to me, but I do not think these buffets are 100%healthy.

I like chinese food but a lot of it id deep fried and I understand that they use a lot of MSG which is not good for you. so I don't eat it to often.
