Have you ever gone to the Dentist for a filling and your teeth ended up hurting

worse? I have just recently. I had a loose filling, which my teeth hurt very little from, but I went to have it fixed. Now it seems like the Dentist made a crack in the side of my tooth, did a great job with the origianl filling, but now the crack on the side is throbbing and killing me. Looks like I'll need a crown on the tooth now. Uggghh! How about you? Does going to the dentis bother you?

I will only go to the dentist as a last resort. No matter what I have done to my teeth, whether it be a filling or just scaling and leaning, I always end up in agony. I think I would rather have an arm amputated than go to the dentist. Thankfully I don't have to go too often, as they scare the hell out of me.

It doesn't bother me much, but I've had some nasty moments, particularly as we have a Dental School here in town, and people can go there for a lesser fee. Some of the students leave something to be desired! Once I went to get a tooth 'fixed' and I can remember vividly standing at the busstop afterwards with my tooth thumping away from pain. Something had got left in the root, I think, and it had to be fixed the next day.

Yesss. I hate that. I don't get how it didn't hurt before, but it hurts by the time they're done.

Oh yeah I sure have. I went to the dentist to get a tooth filled and he packed it so tight that by the next day I couldn't touch my teeth together without pain, so I had to go back and get him to fix his great work.
