Afraid of cancer...

We all are afradi of it I guess. The only thing is that I don't think much about the disease. The best way to fight it is by eating right and doing less of those that can cause cancer because once you have it and you did nothing to prevent that then it will stay with you until your body succumb to the disease. being afraid of it is okay but worrying of it always cannot help you either.

yes, i don't want to get cancer in the future or any sort of diseases that will make me suffer so much, so is with my love ones. i'm lucky that none in my family has history of it, but that doesnt really save me from it or any of my family members. but i really hope and pray to god that none of us will get it.

You can do so much to avoid getting cancer, it is just a question of finding the right information. I am eating good quality food supplements that are well known to protect our cells, so at least I am doing what I can. You could find some useful information in my profile. I just started a new discussion about how to avoid prostate cancer.

Well, of course anyone would be afraid of getting it or just having it. It's not fun at all and it can affect your life style so much. I would say just take care of yourself and health. I haven't thought about if it'll affect me because I know I wouldn't be one of those person. I know what I do in life and I do have my regular check ups and everything seems to be running great for me. If I did get or have cancer, I would probably just make the best out of life as I can and make sure it was all worth it before leaving this world. I guess you'll never really know what's coming at you until it happens. Just be careful. Be safe.

yes, i am worried about this too. i have a friend who has cancer and i feel that iut was really devastating for her family.. the cost, the hardships, everything... i only pray to God that i dont get it myself.

I believe were all concerned about this desease as I believe it affects one in three,but the survival rate given the right medication,depending where you are, are very good, exellent progresss as been made in many forms, and its getting better,regards to all.

Well, I do not like to think of it. In my family there was not cancer, but I know it is not a garantee...
