I certainly do, migrate, visit, just passing through. And I would expect the same of anyone from my country visiting other countries - when in someone else's country show respect in all ways, culture, laws, whatever.

Of course, there is an old saying, 'when in Rome, do as the Romans do.' If people want to live in a country, they should do their best to learn the language and be a contributing member to that society.

Well, of course they should. It's common courtesy, never mind the legal aspect. It just boggles my mind to think otherwise. If a person doesn't respect a country's laws, why would he even want to go there? The only answer is that he wants to exploit the country - to get something for nothing.

Yes, I believe that if you migrate to my country, you should obey its laws. If I were to migrate to another country, I would obey its laws. No matter where you live, you should obey the laws in that country. If you don't intend to obey a country's laws, don't go there...it's as simple as that.

Anyone who decides to live anywhere must follow that land's laws. If you want to live in a place, you must not be treated any differently from the regular persons who live there.
