Anyone please tell the Cure for Diarrhea ?

Ok,so I awake at 3 am, can't sleep and my stomach feels not good. Then I rub balm at my stomach. 1 hour later I've got vomit. I vomiting 4 times, I think It's because I ate too much pork last night. After that 10 minutes later, I got diarrhea and go to bathroom gradually for 3 times.
What should I do ? or maybe what medicine should I eat ?
