Has anyone ever had an out of body experience?

This may sound crazy but I believe I have, one time when I fell asleep on my moms couch I felt myself floating outside of my body up towards the ceiling, I looked down and saw my body lying on the couch. Sure didn't feel like a dream...???

So it is like that. Once I feel so light and want to float out. But I felt shocked and scared. Then I got my full conscious and failed. Because It's first time for me, I think I don't mentally prepare.

i remember one of my roomates back in college had the same experience. she was sleeping then she felt like floating after that she could see herself sleeping on her bed. she also said that she wasn't able to control her floating that she actually flew around the room until she woke up.
