Becoming Illegal..A new way to make money...

(From a Maryland resident to his senator) The Honorable Paul S. Sarbanes Senate Office Building 309 Hart Washington DC, 20510 Dear Senator Sarbanes, As a native Marylander and excellent customer of the Internal Revenue Service, I am writing to ask for your assistance. I have contacted the Department of Homeland Security in an effort to determine the process for becoming an illegal alien and they referred me to you. My primary reason for wishing to change my status from U.S. Citizen to illegal alien stems from the bill which was recently passed by the Senate and for which you voted. If my understanding of this bill's &n bsp; provisions is accurate, as an illegal alien who has been in the United States for five years, all I need to do to become a citizen is to pay a $2,000 fine and income taxes for three of the last five years. I know a good deal when I see one and I am anxious to get the process started before everyone figures it out. Simply put, those of us who have been here legally have had to pay taxes every year so I'm excited about the prospect of avoiding two years of taxes in return for paying a $2,000 fine. Is there any way that I can apply to be illegal retroactively? This would yield an excellent result for me and my family because we paid heavy taxes in 2004 and 2005. Additionally, as an illegal alien I could begin using the local emergency room as my primary health care provider. Once I have stopped paying premiums for medical insurance, my accountant figures I could save almost $10,000 a year. Another benefit in gaining illegal status would be that my daughter would receive preferential treatment relative to her law school applications, as well as "in-state" tuition rates for many colleges throughout the United States for my son. Lastly, I understand that illegal status would relieve me of the burden of renewing my driver's license and making those burdensome car insurance premiums. This is very important to me given that I still have college age children driving my car. If you would provide me with an outline of the process to become illegal (retroactively If possible) and copies of the necessary forms, I would be most appreciative. Thank you for your assistance. Your Loyal Constituent, Pete McGlaughlin Get your Forms (NOW)!! Call your Internal Revenue Service 1-800-289-1040. Please pass this onto your friends so they can save on this great offer!!!! Explain it to me once more: WHY do I have to "Press 1 for English"?I mean no offense to people from other countries. But to us in the US it's funny but sad that it's the only way to recoop our losses...lol

Hahahaha.... I loved it..You got right to the point. You should mail that to Lou Dobbs on CNN..Just go to his Web site and you can E-Mail it to him. He would love it.. But all and all I have to agree we all should become illegal. Maybe it would wake everyone up once the US goes broke. We all pay our Taxes, but they are giving away so much to the illegals. Where will they draw the line... Other good site you should check out and let your voice to heard is at http://www.numbersusa.com....On this site you can Fax letters to Washington on all the tropics for free.. And yes they do get them as I have gotten letters back from the White House stating they got mine and what Bills and so on they are working on and what they are trying to do... Check it out, the more Faxes that can be sent the more the USA will be heard....

Thank-you for giving it out again, I didn't know my link was messed up. But at the time I also couldn't copy and paste it so that might be why it didn't work...I really like that site and I sure hope to see more sending out the faxes...

Hhahha, thats hilarious. Just points out how absurd the whole thing is. AMnesty is a joke. President Bush's plan for immigrants is TERRIBLE! I hate the unfairness to America that this whole situation puts on us. I say it should get much harsher, not easier, because thats the only way to attack the problem.

I think the biggest joke is President Bush himself..lol I agree it should be harder not easier. We can barely take care of ourselves at this point.

I received this in my email also and got the biggest kick out of it. Then I thought how great it would be if that guy could do it and show our government how absolutely stupid they are. It kind of makes you want to become an illegal alien if it passes, doesn't it? I mean, think of all the money we could save.

This made me laugh. I realize the seemingly favoritism the US government is giving to illegal entrants in the United States. It's surprising to learn that the US is unfair to its citizens. No wonder why many foreigners want to go to that country. But for me, I still love the Philippines and I don't desire to come to your land to stay, only to visit for a while perhaps.

Personally I don't mind people from other countries coming to the us. But I think it should be done legally. It's not really the fault of the immigrants...it's the fault of the government that we have this mess. If they hadn't let things get so out of hand in the first place it probably wouldn't be this way...

It is kind of crazy when you think about it. I don't understand how in the hell it got this bad. I guess we can only blame ourselves...the people of america.. It's not the illegal aliens fault that they can have it better than legal residents...??? I just want it to be fixed bacause obviously things are not working the way they should.

That really is hilarious!! Looks like I would save a bundle of money by not being an American. I would be almost rich with what I pay in income taxes alone! Such a sad state of affairs this country has gotten to, isn't it? :)

Okay, this is hilarious. I guess there are a lot of flaws in this way of dealing with illegal aliens.
