Is the noise is polution?

How to control noise at home, i want to know if the noise is polution, sometimes i have an headache because of very crowded place...

Yeah,I do think the noise is polution. There are many times that when I was reading a book, a loud noise come out from my neighbor's house. And it did bore me. And it seems that some people are not aware of turning down the music when it's late at night.

Yes noise is also a pollution. You can use cotton swabs in ears to control noise pollution at home. Try to meditate for some time that will also help.
