Juice Man, Juice Plus, Juicing for life, Juicing juicing everyone is juicing.... or are they? Are you? I want to know if you do, why you do, and what are your favorite recipes... Do you just do fruit, or are you a vegie juicer? If you don't juice,,,, why not? Is it that you have no interest, or rather that you're wondering what on earth I am talking about? My doctor just told me to start juicing, so I pulled my juicer up from the basement and dusted it off so to speak... but now what? I really haven't a clue... What about YOU ?

Explain to me why I would want to juice. We take something perfectly healthy - fruit - we remove the fiber which is a big part of what makesfruit so good and then we drink the liquid. Now if oyu are a diabetic - that glucose just rushes into the blood streak with out the benefit of the fbier to flow it down/ Fruit juice is not filling, meaning you intake more calories. Oh, I don't juice - did you get that idea.

:) I enjoy your comments... My doctor really isn't a fan of me fruit juicing... Though if I do, he's told me to add back the pulp...? I guess because you can get so many of the essential oils out of the peals, into your juice! Its supposed to be fabulous. But from what I understand, juicing is best if you are doing vegies. Greeens, kale, collard, parsley, spinach, etc, with only a little fruit to cut the flavor... Like I said, I am a TOTAL novice, but It seems I just can not eat enough of my vegies (though I eat them at nearly every meal), My Doctor is all about living vitamins, and gettin ya off of vitamin pills if possible and on to the Living vitamins... anyway i liked the point you maid about glucose to the blood stream... I hope I answered your question about why some juice... I don't know completely why, but this is what I know so far... Thanks again for your response.

Yes weight loss. My doctor says it's one of the best ways to get in all my vitamins from food. He thinks that you can never eat enough salad, so why not juice it and drink it up... While this sounds great, it's recipes... He hasn't any of those to share ha ha

I don't use a juicer, but I think that if I did I would probably mix strawberries with pretty much every type of fruit possible and that is probably what my main diet would be made up of. Also, I hate those commercials that have people trying to push a watermelon through their juicers and other fruits that are obviously too big. Do people really do this?

I don't know if they really push watermelons that are too big through theirs. I have added whole lemons and stuff. but well, they were cut into quarters to fit.
